Whether the complaint is about age, disability, race, religion, sex, or another area of protected status, knowing how to respond could be the difference between resolution and legal action.  This webinar will what is harassment and areas in which employers have the greatest risk, how to respond to a complaint, and the steps to take to reduce the employee's action to seek legal guidance.

Kerri's unwavering commitment to continuous professional development is underscored by her notable achievements in academia and industry recognition. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, both conferred by Capella University. In addition, she has earned distinctions, including being a Licensed Producer for Life/Disability insurance, a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and a certified Society for Human Resource Management Professional (SHRM-CP).
