VP of HR

Kerri provides the leadership and functional expertise to develop andexecute human resource strategies for clients within a full range ofindustries. Her focus is helping businesses build better strategies
for talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performancemanagement, employee relations, training and development,onboarding, policies and procedures, and legal compliance.
Kerri has her MBA in HR Management, and has her PHR,
SHRM-CP, and is HIPAA Privacy & Security Certified.

Katie Schreiber
SR. HR Consultant

With a background in human resources, training, and
employee benefits, Katie provides expert advice, guidance, and
consultation to managers and supervisors in a diverse range of
areas. This includes performance management, just cause
principles, internal investigation procedures, disciplinary
actions, conflict resolution, classification, and compensation,
diversity issues, layoff process, reasonable accommodation,
and leave of absence. Katie has her Bachelors in HR, and SHRM-CP.

Catherine Monsey,
HR Coordinator

With a background in Operations Management and Human
Resources, Catherine provides mission-critical administrative
support and backup to the human resource team on a daily
basis. Her knowledge and support help maintain the Human
Resource Information System (HRIS) by ensuring data
integrity, report generation, and analyzing data flows for
process improvement opportunities. Her role is also
responsible for assisting with Recruiting, Training, New
Employee Orientation, Onboarding, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
