1. Work with your dedicated OmniaHR team to complete a job requisition. This provides our team the necessary information to post and recruit for the position.

2. Our recruiting team conducts virtual interviews following a standardized format. These interviews are recorded and our team adds any additional comments regarding the candidate.

3. Your team receives copies of the recordings to review on YOUR timetable. You have the ability to rate interviews on a 5-star scale, add comments, and use other key evaluation features to determine which candidates you want to move forward with for a final interview!
