One of the most eye-opening parts of working with new clients, is identifying areas of risk that the client had no idea was there. It can be low risk items, such as missing forms that should be provided to employees upon hire and annually thereafter. Or it could be bigger issues, such as not knowing your plans are COBRA eligible and not having offered it correctly.

With so many regulations and media attention to what employers should be doing, having the right HR force beside you is more of a necessity then some companies realize.
