As a seasoned professional, Kerri brings a wealth of expertise to the table, specializing in the development and execution of comprehensive human resource strategies across diverse industries. Her leadership and functional proficiency extend to critical areas such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and development, onboarding, policies and procedures, and legal compliance.

Kerri's unwavering commitment to continuous professional development is underscored by her notable academic achievements and industry recognition. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, both conferred by Capella University. In addition, she has earned distinctions, including being a Licensed Producer for Life/Disability insurance, a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and a certified Society for Human Resource Management Professional (SHRM-CP). Kerri's educational accomplishments and industry certifications reflect her dedication to excellence.
